• 24/7 technical support

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per user/business entity

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal content, spam, or phishing
• Distributing malware or malicious code
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others
• Activities that overload or harm our infrastructure

5. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are listed in USD; PKR equivalent shown at checkout
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, PayPak, and Cryptocurrency
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after 3 days

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkyeFlare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dera Ismail Khan, KPK, Pakistan.
